Karen Childress is an environmental stewardhip consultant to business
as well as a frequently sought-after speaker and writer on green consumer
topics. Karen consults with companies and organizations to assess and devise
cost effective programs to raise the bar on sustainability practices. Prior
to entering the sustainability field, Karen spent 10 years as a research
grant faculty member for the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Within the College of Education, Department of Adult and Vocational
Education, she coordinated implementation of Centers of Excellence
programs in community colleges and vocational schools statewide. She
is experienced in leading group meetings.
