There are presently 81 active listings in The Dunes. 57 of these are in the Grande Preserve where the average listing price is $1,360,000.00; and 25 are in the Island Series where the average listing price is $817,000.00. Since January 1, 2008, there have been 24 closed sales in The Dunes. 18 of these were in the Grande Preserve where the average sold price to list price was 92%.
